SCHEDULE FOR THE WEDDING DAY

Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early, no later than 4:50pm.

Our Reception will wrap up at 10:30pm. But, don’t worry - we have plans for an after party!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We’d love to see our families and friends dress up with us! This event is considered “garden-formal”.

Men… Dress to impress! No denim. Cowboy hats and boots are permitted - it is Texas, after all.

Ladies… Think dressy cocktail/evening attire in the garden. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the beautiful lawn. You will look gorgeous!

With it being the month of May in Texas, please prepare for a warm Summer day.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please notify us if you will be in attendance no later than April 25th, 2025. Early replies are highly encouraged and greatly appreciated.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

All invited guests will be on the formal invitation. Due to the limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!

UBER?

There’s a reason that the town locals have the saying, “Come on vacation, leave on probation”.

Everywhere in Fredericksburg is close and drivable, but please prepare to schedule Uber/private drivers ahead of time so that you can get where you need to safely and timely.
